A momumental moment: Step Afrika! performs at President Obama’s Black History Month Reception

In February 2016 Step Afrika! was the featured performer at President Obama’s Black History Month Reception. The Company performed Tribute and Wade in the East Room for more than 200 of the White House’s guests. The response from across the country brought a tidal wave of attention to Step Afrika!, the organization’s Facebook page reaching more than 1.5 million people and receiving more than 700K views.
