Previous MomentStep Afrika! conducts a three-city tour of Bolivia, performing for thousands across the country
Step Afrika! launched its 29th year with an exciting tour of Bolivia, one of Latin America’s most distinctive countries. From September 1-10, 2022, sponsored by the US Embassy in Bolivia and in honor of Afro-Bolivian History Month, Step Afrika! hosted workshops, lectures/demonstrations, and performances in Santa Cruz, Cochabamba, and La Paz in a first-ever visit that reached thousands of Bolivianos. The Company shared the stage with several Afro-Bolivian groups that worked to preserve African culture and traditions in the country.
